Make a sweetie scarf scrunchie for your little girl or yourself. This cute accessory is made from fabric that is lightweight but has plenty of grip. It can be worn separately or with a hair scarf. The scarf can be rolled or tied around your hair to give it a tidbit of flair. Then, tie the scrunchie closed. You can even add a bow to your scrunchie!
Roll the bottom piece of your scrunchie up so that the bottom edge overlaps the bottom rolled piece. Pull the rolled edge towards you. When the scrunchie is closed, the bottom and top edges of both layers should match. The rolled portion should be tucked in between. The raw edges should match. Press gently to prevent any wrinkles. Repeat this step for the other layer of the scrunchie.
