If you’ve ever wanted to make a sweetie scarf scrunchie, you’ve come to the right place. This tutorial will walk you through making a scarf scrunchie from scratch. You’ll need a 4” by 18″ piece of lightweight apparel with a soft drape and elastic for the main scrunchie. Then, print out the scarf and bow pieces and cut them on the fold. Then, sew on 7.5” of elastic. Be sure to adjust the length to the fabric and hair thickness, if necessary.
